Let's Pretend This Never Happened + A Giveaway

Another Monday, another week and what a way to start out than with a book review and a giveaway. Let's Pretend This Never Happened was our February read in the Literary Junkies and I thoroughly enjoyed it. And stick around for the bottom of the post too because Brittany from Sunny Tales, Happy Mail is visiting with a giveaway!
What I Say:
I am not normally a huge fan of memoirs but Let's Pretend This Never Happened killed me. I was laughing so hard at some parts I had to stop reading. Jenny is such a unique individual that I wish I knew personally. She's such a warm-hearted individual that you just instantly love. Reading about some of her most awkward experience and embarrassing make you love her individuality. Reading about her struggles made you relate and empathize with her. Reading about her accomplishments made you cheer for her. I've never felt more connected to an actual person through their book before. All I know is that if I ever met Jenny, we would instantly be friends and that's not something I say often. I loved this and can't wait for her second book to come out.

What Goodreads Says:
For fans of Tina Fey and David Sedaris—Internet star Jenny Lawson, aka The Bloggess, makes her literary debut.
Jenny Lawson realized that the most mortifying moments of our lives—the ones we’d like to pretend never happened—are in fact the ones that define us. In the #1 New York Times bestseller,Let’s Pretend This Never Happened, Lawson takes readers on a hilarious journey recalling her bizarre upbringing in rural Texas, her devastatingly awkward high school years, and her relationship with her long-suffering husband, Victor. Chapters include: “Stanley the Magical, Talking Squirrel”; “A Series of Angry Post-It Notes to My Husband”; “My Vagina Is Fine. Thanks for Asking”; “And Then I Snuck a Dead Cuban Alligator on an Airplane.” Pictures with captions (no one would believe these things without proof) accompany the text.
Have you guys read Let's Pretend This Never Happened? What did you think? And now time for the giveaway. Brittany from Sunny Tales and Happy Mail is amazing enough to give away lip gloss, earrings and this cute stationary to one very lucky winner.
